Tree Planting

As part of the Greener Nebraska Project, Lucinda Mays helped our school plant some very nice trees.  We are continuing to develop the North side of our building.  As they mature, we will have a nice shaded area that will improve the aesthetics of the area that we can all enjoy.

Mrs. Anderson's Class planted the first tree.

We loosened the soil six feet around.

The tree itself was  planted about 1 foot deep

Straps will help the tree from blowing over.

We added plenty of mulch.
