Cardinal Calls

Cardinal Calls! At Chadron Intermediate School, we strive to recognize and reward positive student behaviors as part of our overall Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS) behavior system. So when we see a student demonstrating a positive behavior consistently or a little above and beyond our Cardinal Expectations: Be Safe, Be Respectful, Be Responsible and Be Proud or displaying our CARDS Values: Caring, Appreciative, Respectful, Dependable and Successful we may send that student to the principal’s office for recognition of their POSITIVE BEHAVIORS! If a staff member refers him/her to the principal’s office for acting in the Cardinal Way or by displaying our Cardinal values you will receive a CARDINAL CALL from the principal and your student! Your student will also receive a Certificate of Recognition to bring home. We want to recognize our students for displaying positive behaviors and following our Cardinal Ways and share the good news with you!
